I’m Nir, an accessibility consultant with nearly a decade of experience in the digital accessibility domain. As the former Head of Accessibility at Wix, I led the company’s transformation from having no accessibility program to becoming the global leader in web accessibility in 2024. This was achieved by building a company-wide program that included accessibility audits, employee education, process optimization, the development of dedicated products, and assembling an amazing team of experts.
During my time at Wix, I became a trusted advisor to companies, startups, and venture capital firms seeking guidance on accessibility. Recognizing the growing need for expertise in this space - especially with the upcoming European Accessibility Act (EAA) set to take effect in mid-2025 - I decided to dedicate myself fully to helping organizations on their accessibility journey. Whether you’re just starting or looking to elevate your efforts, I bring practical experience and deep industry knowledge to help you succeed.
Outside of accessibility, I hold a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and I’m also a private pilot, bringing precision, dedication, and a unique perspective to everything I do.
